Our technical teams are available to assist customers if need arises. Our goal is to build up and equip our staff, trading partners and dealers with technical knowledge of our products so that they can service the customers better. We have regular training on our products and services. The training is conducted by manufacturing staff and other experts in the field of polyurethane foam, compressors, and insulated glass windows. We also provide demonstration cooking with Combi-ovens and the application of static electricity to enhance food storage.

    WELBILT has stringent requirements in selecting trading partners and dealers. One of the requirements is their installation team. If necessary, we will train the installation teams to assure that the equipment and coldroom are properly installed for years of trouble free operation.

     Our service department has a large stock of critical spare parts to support our equipment. Our engineers are well trained with years of hands-on experience to give advice and recommendations for service related problems.
