WELBILT maintains a permanent work health and safety task force committee at its factory at Prachinburi to advise Management and staff on all matters concerning the welfare and safe working environment of all company employees
Matters such as lighting, enclosed working temperatures, air quality, noise level, safe drinking water, and safe management practices at the staff canteen and rest rooms are continually monitored.
The factory work force are encouraged to continually think safety first, our safety task force conducts regular classes and on site activities for our employees to involve them in continual safety learning and to receive their valuable feedback and suggestions to maintain continual improvement.
WELBILT also provides spacious well maintained lawns and gardens in the grounds adjacent the factory which includes sporting facilities for the use of all company employees. These amenities are enjoyed by all and promote a team spirit.
WELBILT also is listed as one of the leading organizations for its care of the environment by the provincial Industry works department.
